Australia's monthly milk production report is in

 The report is based on a combination of voluntary direct reporting from processors and data sourced from government agencies. 

Data in the report indicates that national milk production showed a 0.5 percent increase on data from January 2019. However, national production on the year-to-date was down 3.7 percent.
