Govt Cracks Down on Adulterated Milk

PAKISTAN - Provincial Minister for Food Bilal Yasin has warned owners of dairy farms to restrain from selling adulterated and unhygienic milk in Punjab, saying that those involved in this business would face arrest.

 Mr Yasin said that the food authority had deputed teams at entry and exit points of major cities to inspect the supply of milk.

 

He expressed these views while talking to the media during an early morning operation against gawala mafia in Gajumata, Lahore, on Sunday.
