Holiday Wreath Cheeseboard

Wisconsin Cheese offers a twist on the traditional holiday cheeseboard

 Courtesy of Wisconsin Cheese, this holiday-inspired take on the traditional cheeseboard is sure to add a decorative flair to any holiday spread. 

 

Ingredients

 

8 to 10 fresh rosemary sprigs


1 container (8 ounces) Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics Fresh Mozzarella cheese - Marinated Ciliegine (cherry- sized balls), drained


8 ounces Cedar Valley Provolone cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes


1 cup cherry tomatoes


1 cup assorted olives, drained


3 ounces whole Sweety Drop minature peppers (roasted sweet red peppers or Peppadews®), drained

 

Instructions

 

Arrange rosemary in a wreath shape on a serving board. Place mozzarella and provolone. Fill in board with tomatoes, olives and peppers.

 

Cheesemonger Tip

 

Provolone and mozzarella cheese are produced with the same stretchy techniques, but provolone is always made with whole milk and has different cultures. Depending on age, the flavors of provolone can range from mild to sharp.
